“This is the business office. You forgot to submit a form-filing form with your submission.”

“A form-filing form?”

“Yes. It’s new.”

“Why must I file a form to tell you that I filed a form?”

“We are trying to better track paper usage.”

“So I submit this paper in order to reduce paper waste.”

“Thanks for understanding. Good-bye.” [dail-tone]
